Over 16 years ago, a group of medical professionals, engineers, and researchers discovered a proprietary method for synthesizing Redox Signaling molecules originally native to the human body. This discovery led to ASEA’s unparalleled technology of delivering stabilized, consumer-friendly Redox Signaling molecules that optimize cellular health with every use.
After three decades with Kraft Foods, Verdis Norton retired as the Vice President of Strategy. He was then asked to run a biotech company. During this time, a particular technology caught Verdis' interest. When the technology was up for sale, Verdis mentioned it to his friend and neighbor, James Pack.
James moved to Park City years after building a highly successful telecommunications consulting company and had retired early. When James heard about the opportunity to join Verdis in business and acquire this intriguing technology, he pulled out a check, wrote in a large figure, and said, "There's more where this came from. Let's do this."
Building on the foundational Redox Signaling technology, ASEA scientists and researchers improved and expanded the proprietary process, further stabilizing these Redox Signaling molecules and making them commercially available to consumers. That's how ASEA was born.
ASEA was founded in 2010. Verdis Norton recognized the importance of Redox Signaling to benefit the lives of people everywhere; the ASEA Genesis below shows you how he made it his mission to share this powerful technology with the world.
Today, following in the tradition of now-retired founder Verdis Norton, his son Tyler Norton chairs the board while CEO Charles F. Funke, President Jarom Webb, and Executive Vice President Kurt Richards are moving ASEA into the next phase of strategic growth.
Since its launch, ASEA has enjoyed burgeoning success and today operates in over 25 international markets. In 2015, Direct Selling News named ASEA one of the top 100 direct sales companies in the world.
